Automated RKL® Pinch Valves Series SGD Pinch Valves

Automated models feature full-faced, ANSI flanges with bolt-through construction for rigid, leak proof sealing. They are offered in 125/150 or 250/300 pound configurations. Models with slip-on connections feature integrally molded ends to ensure a snug fit with connective piping.

• Cost effective, simple design for highly abrasive applications • Totally enclosed, full port sleeve design • Split housing, no moving parts • Flanged connections (ID of sleeve will be the same as nominal schedule 40 pipe with flanges for the next larger size pipe diameter) • Pneumatic or hydraulic operation • Valve sizes 1" through 12" with flange sizes of 1-1/2" through 14"
